History

Wichita Collegiate School is a not-for-profit independent coeducational day school serving families with children in preschool through Grade 12. It was founded in 1963 by a group of parents who wanted to provide a uniquely excellent education for their students. From the first year's enrollment of 27 students to last year's total of 920, Collegiate has maintained its emphasis on individual attention in small classes. A challenging academic curriculum, a focus on values and community service, and opportunities for participation in the arts and athletics are all part of an integrated program created to allow students to grow, discover talents, and realize their potential.
